Abode can and will hold earnest money deposits for Maryland Purchases. EMDs may be sent by wire, Earnnest, or by check. Title Examinations may be completed in as little as 48-hours, with closing taking place as quickly as 72-hours from Contract ratification (in the event there are no major title matters to be cleared for closing). We utilize Qualia to process our transactions. We will honor any request from parties who wish to opt-out of participation in Qualia portal access. Sellers do have the option of closing electronically in the great State of Maryland! Contact our office for more information!
